SUCCESS STORIES
I have been working with Grady for just over two months, and I have lost almost two stone and have never felt so confident in my body, nor got so many compliments! I have had a number of previous false starts with other trainers, but Grady has a really encouraging and personal style, gets the best out of me without being a "drill sergeant" and offers friendly, realistic advice and superb training techniques. He is also really good at working out a comprehensive programme to achieve my goals without getting too technical on me - I do what he says and I see the results! Thoroughly recommend him.

I only recently started going to the gym on a regular basis, and I had no idea how to create an efficient workout that fit my goals. Grady saved me a lot of time and wasted effort, showing me inventive exercises to target specific muscle groups and pushing me to work a lot harder than I ever have. I’m so much more comfortable in the gym now, and I’ve definitely raised the bar on what I thought were my personal limits.
Erica
I started training with Grady as a result of a turning-forty-middle-age- crisis. Just over two months later, nearly two stones lighter and I feel amazing - best I felt in years!
