I've lost 10lbs!
Been working with Grady for a month now and he's the best personal trainer I've used so far. Specialising in weight loss and conditioning which is what I've been looking for. I've lost 10lbs so far!
Pushed me to do the work!
I only recently started going to the gym on a regular basis, and I had no idea how to create an efficient workout that fit my goals. Grady saved me a lot of time and wasted effort, showing me inventive exercises to target specific muscle groups and pushing me to work a lot harder than I ever have. I’m so much more comfortable in the gym now, and I’ve definitely raised the bar on what I thought were my personal limits.

Just started with Grady and already feeling the benefit. I have a LOT of weight to lose and his knowledge (even if I don't always follow his advice) is great and really helpful.
