What shall I wear?
Loose fitting comfortable clothes that you can sweat in. T-shirt and tracksuit bottoms or shorts are fine. Please bring a clean change of shoes for use in the gym (different to the ones you travel and arrive in).

How much is it?
£350 for 10 one hour sessions. You can buy multiple packs at a time if you are the type of person who needs to make a commitment up front.

Why can't I buy a single session?
In order to see results that last you need to make a larger commitment than a singular hour. You can decide after your free consultation if this pack is for you.

Will I have to follow a diet like Keto or Paleo?
No you don't have to eat food you don't like. You will simply be noting and recording your intake to hit correct numbers of calories. You can eat whatever you like in controlled amounts. Some people like to just have a hard limit of not consuming carbs or bread which is also fine and works well.

What is your training style like?
Adaptable. During your consultation we will go over how you prefer to be trained. We find the best results come with friendly conversation between serious sets of exercise. If you wish to change up your training any time just ping me an email and we can start mixing up the sessions. Easy.

What if I want to cancel?
If you want to cancel a single session you must do it 24 hours before the session through GoTeamUp. You have no rolling contract and do not need to cancel a membership.
