HPT  is combining both worlds of personal training (in person and online) to maximise your results.

If you often have a week where you do have time to plan ahead and then the next week find it impossible to guarantee you can get to the gym then yes HPT is for you.

Chose how often you would like to workout per month and book as and when you can with options to purchase extra sessions whenever you want.

We work around you so you don't have to stress about making time.
